Rates & Booking

The price includes heating, lighting, all linen, towels and logs. For guests with a baby, a cot and a high chair are provided.

Booking Arrangements
Bookings can be made by telephone, by email or letter. Please see our contact page for more details.

The usual booking week is Friday to Friday. The earliest check in time is 4 p.m. and the premises should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. A deposit of 30 per cent should be sent with the booking. The balance is payable six weeks in advance of your holiday. Once the booking has been confirmed you will be liable for the full amount unless the property can be re-let. It is strongly recommended therefore that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome at a supplement of £10 a week. Please confirm details with us.

No Smoking Policy
We ask guests not to smoke in the house.

Linen
All linen, including towels, is provided. We do not provide beach towels. Please bring your own if you think that you might swim.
