On the Ground Floor...

Kitchen – Dining Room
The spacious fully equipped kitchen with hand-crafted ash units has an Everhot cooker (an electric equivalent to an Aga) plus an additional electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and large walk in larder. The informal dining area with a patio door and direct access to the garden. CD player - radio.

Sitting Room
A comfortable room with open fire, interesting antique furniture and paintings, TV-DVD. Large selection of books. External door gives direct access to the garden.

Main Bedroom
The largest bedroom in the house, has a double bed with an attractive en-suite bathroom.

Single Bedroom

Utility Room
This large room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

On the First Floor...

Garden Bedroom
With superb views down the loch, double bed and en-suite bathroom.

East & West Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have great views across the loch, twin beds and walk in wardrobes.

Bathroom
An attractive tiled bathroom with large bath and power shower.

Outside...

Games Room
The large loft along one side of the courtyard has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table and other games.

Garage
There is under-cover parking for a car in the old cart shed.

Garden
The mature garden has something of interest throughout the year from witch hazel and heathers in January to the last of the fucshias in December. The large myrtle, camellias, tree heaths and early flowering rhododendron give the courtyard special character. In front of the house, protected by an escallonia hedge, are many delicate and unusual plants from the Mediterranean and New Zealand. The shrubbery with its azaleas, hydrangeas and viburnum has great views over the loch. There is a wide selection of garden furniture and a portable BBQ.
